How do I request a 401K loan?

Simple!

1. Log into your account.

2. Click the Manage tab, then click on the sub tab "Loans and Withdrawals"

3. Click on Loan Modeling *if you don't see this, your Plan doesn't permit loans.

4. Complete the required fields and then click calculate payment.
